History shows that people of color have always had to fight for change in educational and cultural institutions. Decade after decade, the system that upholds racism continues undisturbed. These institutions claim they want dialog and promise commitment, but in reality these are just tactics used to keep their powerful positions, leaving intact elite nepotistic networks and maintain hegemonic cultural control.
We are here to expose these tricks and the inner workings of these educational and cultural institutions who promise “diversity”, and at the same time we will call-out all the artist and non-profits that support them!
We will not stop until people of color represent at least 75% of the workers and artists in our cultural and educational institutions.
